6 week Hynobirthing & Prenatal Yoga programme

The 6weeks will be filled with a nurturing, supportive and calm energy for all you Mums-to-be.

Wk 1 of the Hypnobirthing session will focus on The Mind, how we can manage our heads in labour and the neuroscience behind it all.

Wk 2 The Body. We look at the physiological aspect of labour and demystify what is actually going on! The cocktail of hormones and all the things we need to birth calmly, with control & ease.

Wk 3 The Soul. We nurture and build confidence in you with relaxation & meditation. Using mindfulness to really embrace this new found confidence.

In between all this you will practice Restorative Yoga with Neola. This type of Yoga will help restore all the energy YOU give to your growing baby. Helping you feel full and content in the knowledge that you are working on being the best version of yourself, mentally, emotionally & physically.
